Art and Craft is my calling !
Ever since I could count ten, Art was me as logical as science is to scientist.
I would skip my sports periods to hide in school library reading or doodling. Half of my class outsourced their cover page design for projects to me.
I was interested in calligraphy and doodles and cover page design for projects even if the project itself made little science to me.
When I was in my final year of school, pandemic locked us up inside our houses..
Stuck indoors, I found my refuge in Art and Craft... I started ordering stuff online and playing with variety of materials to make things ( and sometimes blow them up too !)
YouTube as my guru, I learned how to add sparkle into many a thing.I learned how at add life by combining two or more lifeless things.I fell in love with calligraphy, Resin and Alcohol ink.
Once I was about half confident, I did what most teenagers would do – Brag on Insta.Pretty soon, orders started pouring in from corners of India and many from other countries as well.Pandemic will fade away soon ( or so they say !) but I thing is very clear to me now, I shall always be surrounded by mess. Mess that is made up of Color, resin, molds and stuff of art.
